Where are you finding your Mylot answers?

I am fairly new about 10 days and I have read and started some mylot discussions and I am wondering where mylot users are finding their answers. I am asking because if there is an area of the site I am missing for instructions/information I sure would like to take a look at it. Some responded a mylot discussion and stated that there is a daily pay out limit of less then $2.00 a day is this true, that everything you might earn over $2.00 daily is ignored? It would seem to me that would defeat the mylot site purpose of promoting an online community. Another user responded that the "My Best response" column on your account lists the best responses you have give to others, which isn't correct, it lists the responses that you have given others and they have marked it best response. Are people just responding to earn points with any old answer, for new users it's frustrating and time consuming to be given "wrong" answers. I am interested in knowing if there is a place on the website where the majority of this questions are addressed accurately and if there is actually a "Daily Earnings Limitation" that one can earn? I can see your fustration. Unfortuatly, there are a few answers to this. A lot of members do not even know themselves. Also, a lot are answering for the money only. Sad, but true. Some don't understand or speak English well, and can misunderstand the question. I myself, am confused on the rates and money. I have been on 2 months. I can only share with you, my own experiences. I hope it will be helpful to you.
Each time you respond to someone elses post, you get a point. It shows up in the () next to your username. It goes up and up. You get paid a penny or two for that response. You must not say yes or no or a one worder. It must be a quality reply. If you post a question, of some quality, it's a little more than 2 cents. If you download a picture, it is 1 cent. You can only download a picture after you have a rating of 500. And, it must pertain to the discussion. Now, when you get a good response back from your question, it is really nice if you would give them a + rate on the side of their name. If it is not of value, short and not really an answer, give it a -. If it is a copy/paste, or not English, or off the wall response, give it a !. That will turn them in to MyLot to stop that. You will have to say why you gave the !. If the reply back to you was better than anyone elses, give them a "best response." You can only do that one time per conversation. That is all I am 99% sure of. As far as what you can earn daily, there is no cap. I have earned up to $6. in a day. I also have received one pay out. I have my pay out set for $50.00. I got $91.00. Thank you for the rating and best response. If you need more help, let me know. It seems that posting questions will get you more money. Especially if a lot of people respond, or you converse back and forth. I don't know how they figure out the money on that though. Good luck, and enjoy yourself. Welcome to MyLot.

I appreciate your support, maybe you can help me with this, its the new star rating, yesterday I was really surprised and delight to see my rating a 9 and then I started having a lot of trouble logging on to mylot, or getting kicked out of the web site, I am guessing it was because of the updating etc. But today my star rating went down to 8 - do you think I did something wrong or offended someone, can someone who doesn't like a response go through the system and just give you negatives all time thereby altering your star rating? Just need a little insight and encouragement it would be much appreciated. Thanks :)

As far as I know there is no daily limit on earnings. The only limit is your time you can spend on here responding and posting. And there isn't a place that can explain it all because how you get paid depends on a lot of things. It isn't set to a certain thing. Alot depends on how people rate you and your discussions, traffic to your discussions, your participation, referals, posting pictures and how people rate them, and whether they are relavent to the discusion. And I'm sure there are more things that affect the payout. Most people are trying to give you information from what they have noticed happening to them.

i dotn look for answers.i try to give answers to wat extent i know .i would give my opinions nothing more wont search otehr place to give answers and i also expect ppl to respond to my discusions according to wat they feel

when i want to answer for a question or respond to some discussion, i don't know where to find it, it just came out from my head and i write it. if i see a good topic and i can respond the discussion, i responded it and if can't, i didn't responded it. because i respond a discussion is not just for money it is to share my opinion with others.
