How much can I charge to tutor math and Spanish?

Hello, Now that I am a stay at home mom I would like to start tutoring kids to bring in some extra money. I consider myself highly educated and a good teacher. I have lots of experience working with children. I have a Master's degree in Education and taught middle school math for 2 years. We live in a nice suburban, educated area. Do you think I can charge $35/hr or more? Or do you believe that is too much?
