See according to me its very important 2 read alerts bcoz inorder 2 increase our earning capablities & aquality discussion we do need 2 read that & folow the rules set by this site. And where star ratin is concern it depends definitely on quality discussions & some what on how much active u are on Mylot.

I think its an interesting idea, but I am not sure how much effect it will have on anything, especially since we still have no idea how the rating is calculated. There is also the risk that it will turn mylot into yet another popularity contest/
