spliting of bands

most of the known bands split because of fraction in their thoughts.First they sing for the people(fans)but after thier success do they sing for the fans.If yes then why do they split,coz the fans love each and every one the band members.so is it good to split after gaining such a popularity?

I don't think banks split because the fans love each and every one of the band members. I think they split for the same reasons that any relationship breaks up. Difference in opinions and fighting that just can't seem to be resolved.
