I am happy with my current job as I enjoy what I do for a living and love helping others to become successful and be able to achieve their goals in life. The only thing that I wish for is that I got paid more. I think many people probably would say more money would be great. With the cost of living going up, we need more in our paychecks to cover those extra costs. I do not want to change jobs so either I will try and make more money online or get a second part time job.

Obviously, if you not satisfied then there is no use of doing job. So you have to make changes If there was no growing factor then it makes boring, so i think change your job until you satisfied.

Job satisfaction is the first preference to me, after above all mental satisfaction will matter in all aspects of our own behavior and attitude or mood we can say to remain constantly happy and gain ur livelyhood at the earliest stage it might be low but gains a higher positio it will benefit more to in person.

i may leave a current job maily due to the reason if the hypocrites present in that company exceed more in number. I agree that there are hypocrites present everywhere but when the number exceeds the ratio then I quit. Other reasons may be a better position or salary. These are one of the most common reasons. Tell me if you have some good oppurtinites. I will like to work on a salary of 1000000000000000k....hope to get itlol::

After all these years I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up LOL... I have been a nurse for a long time, but I have also been a child care worker, a waitress, and an office manager..Right now I have cut back my hours to work on my own projects with the goal of being self employeed... I think I realized a long time ago that it's ok to up and change your career if you are not happy..Let's face it, sooo much of our time and life is spent on the job so it should be something you feel completely happy with... Finanical issues are something we can't get around..Most of us at one point or another have had to take a job we dislike to afford to live. But even when you are in that situation, keep looking for opprotunities to find a way out.. You can do anything you want to, if you want to bad enough! A cool thing to do is make a list of all the things you LOVE to do..Look over that list and then ask, in what career can I find myself having some of these things? Every journey begins with one step so don't get discouraged if it takes some time to get to your dream job, as long as each day you are doing one little thing towards making that goal a reality, you will have an inner peace and confidence as well as hopeful outlook!!
