how many of you hate lectures

i am living in a joint family and i am lectured for almost everything i do.to start it all someone assigns me some work then when i complete it some other person tells me it is not to be done like that but the other way round.then i try to rectify my mistake and when i have completed it the person who had assigned me the work comes and tells me i have done it all wrong and i am again scolded.if you have had such experience then share it with i would love it
