How myLot generate income

We register at myLOT for free. Then members are paid by myLOT. I am just wondering how myLOT generate income to be pay its members. Is there are lot of money for this kind of site that they can afford to pay all it members in the long run. I notice there are some advertisment or sitelink in ads by google but we seldom click this link.
