I am a 40 yr. old college student and a lot of my fellow college students are over 40 also. Do you feel a college degree should be required for job advancement or Work Experience. I think Work Experience. Please let me know what you think?

For me it's both. It's necessary to get a degree, it'll help you get the higher level job and at the same time you can finally say you're a degree holder and that's a very nice achievement in life. Work expericence on the other hand will help you too especially when applying for a job. So it's up to you whether you want to earn a degree and be called as a deserving one to that position or just work experiences with a slowly but surely instant steps with that roller coaster ride.

I think work experience is always a company looks whenever hiring a new person. Although degrees has their own importance but still work experience is always what gives you an egde over the others.
