Overrated? Who, Ohio State? I am as happy as a pig in ... crap. Being a Gators fan and living in Ohio has left me in the ultimate position to boast. The best part is how cocky people that root for Ohio State were until about 9:30 on Monday night (eastern time). Now, they cry and complain and call in sick to school and work. Ohio State fans are babies. Maybe they should just go end it all, instead of having to live with the embarrassment of being OSU fans. Did you watch the game? Who were you rooting for?
Interesting fact: The University of Florida is the only NCAA team to hold both the basketball and football titles at the same time. Go Gators!

I think that OSU Fans really need to realize that not everything is handed to them on silver platers. Granted they were number one going into this game but honestly I think they allowed themselves to get too cocky and let it all go to their heads and that's what messed up their game overall. Not to mention the fact that no one else but Gator fans thought the gators could pull it off. I myself am a huge Gator Fan and think its awesome that we went out and gave OSU everything we had and won the game with such a big number. Suprisingly even the guys that do the NFL pregame show thought that the score would be opposite of what it ended up being. Kinda sucks to come out looking like the fools when so many people honestly thought you could pull it off!

I'd say instead that Florida was very underrated. I couldn't believe it when people kept saying that they were a big underdog; they only had one loss and played perhaps the toughest schedule in the country.
I was surprised by the lopsidedness of the score, but not necessarily by the outcome.
I'm a big OSU fan, and am glad they had such a good season, in spite of the way the last game went. Considering how many starters they lost from last season, I'm surprised they went as far as they did.

i would not say that ohio state is overrated because they beat everyone on their schedule. the most overrated team i think would be michigan who before being whitewashed by usc was clamoring to be on the title game. as i have said on my previous discussions the gators would win because of urban meyer and because they mustered through a one loss season while playing the nations hardest schedule. as i have said if ohio state were to play the gators schedule they would not be undefeated and would have three losses the least. the sec is one hard conference and they have a conference championship. to be on the sec championship, the gators had to beat tenessee, georgia, lsu and auburn, to say the least. ohio state would have not beaten them. go gators and go urban meyer.
