5 days work per week working schedule of nurses in hospital

Can anyone tell me about the 5 days working pattern of nursesin your hospital? My hospital will going to start the trial but still not figure out the working pattern. Thanks.

Considering the weekend requirements, most 5 day rotations are 5 in a row with 2-4 days off. If you work every other weekend, just map that out so that your 5 days on shift to cover the weekend when required. If you only have to work every 3rd weekend then shift accordingly. Are you unionized?
