I am a HUGE fan of Ramen noodles. Our whole family loves them, especially the chicken flavored ones. I want to incorporate them into our schedule of meals since we usually just eat them as a snack or a quick lunch with crackers. Do you fix them with your meals? If so, what do you prepare with them or can you use them in any recipes? Thanks for the input and I will leave positive ratings to any posts I receive!

I love them both. we don't have maggi or ramen in thailand but we import them. I love all noodles specially the spicy ones. sometimes i add in egg, vegetables, tuna, or seaweed. fried noodles, dried noodles, noodle soup. i love them all. yumm

I love Ramen Noodles, they are delicious. I usually put sour cream in the noodles and picante sauce. Soooo yummy, speaking of which I am going to have some right now. LOL I agree, that'd be awsome if someone created a Ramen cookbook- we need one.

I was eating them at work one day when a co-worker told me that it was great with cilantro, tomatoes, onions, and lime ... or pico de gallo. I was skeptic but gave it a try. It really did taste good. My kids didn't want to try it, however.

i will be adding some mix vegetables like potato, carrot, beans ,peas etc.then i will slice some tomatoes and fry some onions and bell pepper also(to give mexican taste--Salsa).I will be adding all these to the noodles.then over that some cilantro for garnishing and ketch up over that.if you like pepper ,you can springle some of them over it.

Ok here is something that I was introduced to by my dad & brother. It is very filling & easy to do & involves ramen noodles. First & foremost boil the noodles in water until they are throughly cooked, then drain them. Add in refried beans, a little bit of water, shreeded cheese (of your choice), tomatoes (if you like them), and any other veggies you care to add. Mix it all up every well. You can use bread or tortillas or those scooping chips to scoop it up with & eat. It incorperates several different foods & you can omit what you don't like &/or add things you do like to fit for tastes. One of my friends perfered chili con carne instead of refried beans. Like I said it is filling, but when making an amount for dinner I use the rule of thumb 1 ramen package per person eating. All the extras will help everyone feel full.

I like ramen noodles too. Usually I add some fried veggies (carrot, cabbage and onion)and egg to the noodles.

Stir fry them with the veggies of your choice for a good meal. The seasoning packet can add so much flavor to the veggies. With all the different varieties of Ramen out there, I would think there would be a billion recipes, but so far I've only seen a few. Now I'm thinking a Ramen cook book would be a good goal to work toward for easy, inexpensive cooking. I'd buy it. I have lots of kids that love Ramen.
