If people break your trust, do you find it difficult to regain?

Trust is developed in the atmosphere of openness but when you open up, you are making yourself vulnerable? what do you think?

Yes it is really hard to build up trust in someone again. I think trust is such a huge issue and once lost it is hard to regain. Be honest especially with the ones you love without hurting anyone and you should be fine.
