I bought a computer in holland
with windows xp pro on it a dutch
version how do i convert in into english

Do you mean to convert the whole OS version? Maybe you can to select your language setting by go to control panel, under the "date,time,language,regional setting" tab select your prefer language to see whether thats what you want or else you need to make a clean install on the selected language version your prefer and that will request you to format the hard disk first.
