I just came across this photo....these cabdles look sooo beautiful! any idea on how they are made?? i'd really appreciate an answer:)

it is a mold all you do is set it up and pour it

The picture is too small for me to tell what they actually look like so its hard to know how they were made.
Where is the picture from?
