Is it not a fraud..? Help me out..

Yesterday, two of my friends met me and told me to join in a business.. It is a computer awareness program.. And it is also a business.. What we are supposed to do here is, just introduce two people below u.. It goes in t from of binary tree.. If i need two introduce more then two below me then put two persons under me and one under any of those two.. For every 3 persons i refer i ll earn 2000 rs (about $40.00). but to join this program i should invest 7500 rs (about $150.00). And even if we introduce 2 per months and those 2 - 4 in t next month and those 4 - 16 in t next and so on at t end of the year there will be 8190 persons under me.. And at the end of the year i get 24,00,000 rs (about $50,000.00) he even showed me the proof of the checks got from t business.. But i dunno what to do as im still a student and i dont get 7500 rs to join at the beginning.. If i need to join i show really invest and take loan from my friends.. Please help me out.. Thank u.. i dont believe in earning from the refeerals schemes like this pyramidal earning.you may add some people but there is no guarantee that they will add some more.Most of them will be a big scam and there wont be possoble even to get the money we invested from them back.As you are a student try to concentrate in your studies.there are lot of time for you to earn money after completing your studies.this is my view point.

thank u so much.. Ya, i am a student but in final year engineering.. I have been also placed in INFOSYS.. Even my best friend suggested me not to join in those but i just wanted to know is there a possibility in earning such a huge about wid jus introducing two people.. Thank u so much..
