Drinking habits

I was out with some mates from work last night, one of whom happens to be a student. So we went to a student bar and she met up with some more of her college mates. It was bloody great- £1 a pint- wahey! But do you think it is immoral and perhaps unethical to have such ridiculously cheap offers on booze? I mean, I love going out and having a laugh with my mates, which most of the time ends in us all being rat arsed, but do these "happy hours" lead to bigger problems for some people because the alcohol is so cheap and readily available!?

I think its great becaue I dont have a lot of money so I can have a few drinks and not run out. I think if people want to drink too much they will do it anyway and then they have spent all their money.
