The new rating system

Do you like the new rating system. I think its a brilliant idea. Im now going to rate most of my responses to my posts. It will help us see at a glance who the messers and one liners are as they will have high posts but low rating and the quality posters will have high rating even with low posts if their posts and responses are good.

Earlier we used to rate someones experience watching their number of posts, but now no one will be escaped. This has been really a brilliant move by mylot, i am really careful about my work here now. May be i will keep making mistakes as earlier, and it will be a good competition between every user too. Well done mylot!

I have always rated all the responses to my discussions even if I don't reply to them all. When I'm replying to other discussions I rate the discussion itself and then rate any answers that I find good. I think the new rating system is great and gives us a good reason to rate everyone.

It is certainly a good idea and it will definitley improve the quality of discussions and responses. I have already seen one posting where somebody was posting one line both in his topics and responses and he has now informed the MyLot community that he is going to try to do better and he wants to improve his rating. So far it is working well for th site.

I think it's a great idea. I have been trying to rate all responses to my posts in a positive fashion. I will now be a bit more selective in my ratings, just for that reason. I think it will tend to eliminate the people who are just in it for the money. They probably will not last for long. Comments?
