Digital cell phone replacement for my analog installed in 1997 Mercedes E420

My Mercedes has a pre-installed digital phone that is analog. The service is being discontinued. I need to find a digital replacement. I want to maintain the features of a pre-installed system, which incude hands-free operation. Portability is not important.
