study or training!!how to strike balance??

Well its been concerning me since long...I have such a hectic time at both that I am just not able to strike a balance between the two.. I have classes of Final Chartered Accountancy for 4 hours per day and rest 8 hrs work..A lot to study to keep the pace with the classes.. But ultimately what will I do with just knowledge and no practical application... Please someone guide me with this...
