Call Centre Job

I have actually and sad to say I didn't enjoy every minute I worked there. I was only there for 3 shifts which was only 9 hours. I had to quit! People on the phone where getting really abusive and all since they find telemarketers really annoying.

One of my friends had been working in call center before, she was working at the nightshift,she told me she could even open MSN while she was working because sometimes she only recevied few calls in the whole night..Only 4 people were working at the call center at the night shift, the supervisor was very good, he just switched on his computer and did his personal things and did not really care wht other staff were doing. It might be worse if you are working at the day time as you will have more calls to answer and the day time supervisor will monitor you at your back, you cannot use MSN anymore.

well i worked in a call centre for 2 months.. the experience was good... it was a hectic work..working 6 days a week with the headphones on ur ears for 8 and a half hours... but anyway u get to know atleast whats making BPO expanding so much fast..
