I have some on-the-go foods for you if ever you want to start maybe a diet:For breads: use whole grain breads and rolls. Like for example rye bread, whole wheat and seven grain. Also you could try bagels or English muffins.
For sandwiches: for something different than meats, try mixing some low fat cottage cheese with some fresh herbs or vegetables, or you could even make an egg salad.
For leftovers: for broiled chicken, spaghetti, steamed vegetables, salad, etc. pack them in individual containers to make it easier for you to grab.
For treats: Pretzels(low salt ones), popcorn no butter, graham crackers or even protein bars.
Fruits & Vegetables: baby carrots, green pepper, cucumbers, all that stuff.
Enjoy the Healthy life!
