"Pasting" error message comes up when I DON'T PASTE ANYTHING!

This is very annoying. I spend all this time typing a response and when I go to post it, I get the error message that you must have a level 500 to paste anything, even when I HAVEN'T, and then I lose the whole post. Anyone else having this problem?

I am having this came problem all the time. I can't even type in the words for the title of my discussion without getting this message after every word -- even character. I've often gotten it before and thought maybe I accidently hit the command key when typing a v, but this time I know I wasn't typing more than one key at a time.
