driving under the influence

what do you think about the people convicted for DUI?Are there times a wrong verdict is given the people accused of DUI even though they are innocent??

I think that might have been the case a decade ago but not today with the video police cameras and breath or blood testing for acurate blood alchol levels. Those things don't lie or at least not intentionally. I think things like the length of time since the last drink could affect the results of a breath test, but it would have to be within just minutes or even seconds of that last drink. But blood definetly doesn't lie and if you are over the legal limit you should not be behind the wheel of any motorized vehicle and that includes the ride on carts and motorized wheelchairs riding mowers and any other vehicle with a motor. These are big heavy and dangerous in the hands of someone whose reflexes are slowed due to impairment. While an adult might survive being run over by on of these a child would suffer a lot of injuries and damage.

i amno agree with dui. either drive or drink...simple choice ...in myopinion cause inever drink

What do you mean by "even though they are innocent"? Was the person falsely accused or cited? What prove does the person have or had at time of false allegation?
