I stumbled opoun this book in a little used book store a few monthes ago. Not sure why I bought it, Because as a kid, my mom made us follow this program and I HATED it. But I guess everything comes around.....Because now I'm enthralled with it. It makes SO much sense.... I weigh what I did at 19 after only a few monthes. I would love to hear from others who have read the book, and If you have not, I can tell you more about it.

I think I have heard of it. I have checked out and read so many diet books, I should be a toothpick. I will have to see if I can find a copy. My favorite fitness guru has been Covert Baily, he wrote "Fat or Fit?"

Yeah, I'm sure there's a ton of people out there, who have done the same deal and read a million diet books. What I loved about 'fit' was that it's not a diet, But a new way of seeing food. Like how the typical american meal is meat and potatos, or starch of some kind, but the juices needed to break down starch and protien neutralize each other. It's just amazing to me how much wrong info we are fed by the goverement, the dairy industry, meat industrys, you name it. Not concerned about our health, ony their pockets.
