Oh yes I believe it is. You have the rice, then the viand...plus you got your fruit for desert. Who would say it's not a meal all in itself. Plus if you consume at least 4 pieces, it's like you already ate a full meal. Yummy Yummy maki I get hungry just by thinking about it

For me, yes it's a complete meal. You've got carbs and proteins in it plus it has mangoes too. Then add your red iced tea to complete everything :)
