Why do we need to STUDY MATH?

i am having hard time with math. how can this square root of the square of the sum of the blahblahblah...sigh...what the heck! guys, how do you do it? just get by? right now i am studying for an exam later on. still trying to figure out how this things make sense! sigh! is it really important to study Math even the most complicated ones like algebra? can we apply this later on to the real word? only may be if i am an engineer or some geeky genius! bill gates probably benefited math!

i also had the same dilemma before but we just need to do what we have to do otherwise we will not graduate! these are just steps and the things we need to accomplish so that we can reach our goal!

a person is considered literate if he has the three R's read write and arithmetic.. so arithmetic is very important in our life that is we need to know how to add subtract multiply and divide...but if u ask me whether u need algebra and other complex math for simple man...i wud say that they are not necessary but when u r good in that u will be very glad u knew that....bcoz maths is the queen of sciences....albert einstein is a great mathematician than a physicist...maths play a vital part in our life...its not necessary but once u take it as fun,u ll love it...

You probably dont need the complicated math thing in the real world or in the profession that you are seeking but you need it to graduate and get a good job. That is a start. What you need is just the basic math when you get out to the real world so that you will know how to compute and analyze things so that nobody can fool you with numbers specially in money and property matters.
