Purchased a laptop on Yahoo Auction and never recieved it. Are their any ways to try legally recolve this matter.

This is why you must always buy through services like PayPal which insure you receive your merchandise before they receive payment! You can file a complaint through Yahoo but it is doubtful that you will ever see your money or merchandise.
