I don't get it. weren't we told NOT to use all caps while posting a response?how can people get ratings as high as 7 when they don't go by myLot guidelines and write such illegible sntences with gramatical errors? i feel heart broken...

online using all caps is classed as 'yelling' and can look rather agressive i guess...tis my view but i dont know what their view of it is
