or.. who makes your day? is it seeing your crush? its it looking at the sun rise? is it kissing with your husband or boyfriend? is it someone telling you you look good or good job praise?...
tell me what really makes your day... that even if the weather, problems, credits, list of bills, adversity, problematic person, etc is there to ruin the day, what takes it away and makes it your day?

responding to many discussions complete my day. i like to swim daily. i also jog regularly those activities complete my day. i also spend time with my friends regularly.

I wish that I _could_ see my crush every day. I would sure be happy if that were the case! *laugh* People in general are what makes me the happiest. Just getting to talk to a good friend or receiving a comment from someone on Xanga or talking to people here on Mylot makes me feel cheerier than most things do! I have always felt this way, and it's ironic that someone as shy as I am is so incredibly drawn to and needs people so much! LOL ^_^

Waking in the morning with my wife is a great start.
My grand children visiting is another real boost.
I try to commit each day to be a positive one and I resolve to deal with problems as they arise but keep up being a positive model to live.
