Sehwad dropped!!!! Dada In

I think Sehwag should be in the Indian team for the Worldcup. So I believe Dinesh Mongia and Irfan Pathan. There are eight ODIs before World Cup. What I would suggest is to rotate the players especially give Shewag, Irfan Pathan, and Dinesh Mongia couple of ODIs before WorldCup and if they have caliber and returns to form they should be picked for the World Cup. I think Sehwag is slowly returning into form. Most probably after couple of domestic matches and couple of net session Sehwag will return to form. The strike rate and the caliber of Sehwag is sooo good he can take to good score in limited overs and reduce the workload of players that follow him and the runrate higher. I really think these three players should be in the team. Also, I think VVS Laxman and Anil Kumble should be in the team.

Yes, it would definitely do good for indian team and players. The indian team was going through a lot of experiments that has caused them to go low for confidence, they are having low confidence and pressure over them. So thats why before world cup some of the good players have been asked to play in domestic cricket so that they can find their lost rhythm again. Plyers like sehwag and Irfan who are really good players but due to extra pressure and low confidence are unable to perform well. They would perform well in the domestic criket this would help them in regaining their confidence. Selection also is good and balanced.

i think that come back of ganguly in the team is good.. but sehwagh should b in for raina ......

ya i think it is right.. what you say.. sehwag should have been dropped coz he is not in form and he should utilize this time and show a gud performance for the world cup i guess so.. then only he will totally rock .. otherwise we gotta say him bye bye..

its doesnt matter if sehwag plays or not...wat matters how fast dstart is...if ganguly/sachin do dat role,india wil hav a formidable chance den....also d last 10 overs

yeah this has to happen for shewag because the way he is playing his shots is very bad....i really dont understand why does he attempt for the bigger shots at the begining of the innings..he is there to give india a good start and nice foundation..selectors have done a good job by rermoving him

It is a good selection of indian cricket team. droping shewage is a also a very good selection made by our BCCI.But droping of pathan was a shock for me.I thing he will be back for world cup team.

This would not be a suprise,This is expected.Any body who doesnt perform doent deserve a place in the team.Sehwag deserves because he hasnt performed for a long time despite giving many chances.This would be a good selection but.But india wouldnt start winning beacuse sorav makes a come back.For india to start winning matches they have to perform as a team.Then only thwy would win matches.

iam expected this earlier and shewag has given so many chances for the come back but he missed all of them. so he should work hard to come back into the team.

saurav ganguly deserves it so do sehwag because he has not performed well for last one year
