How Often you have manage the stress? If you suffered from the stress, you just to be keep quite or listen to others spokens or listen your favourite music and difinitely you will feel like i am one of the world... do it now... fell it now... so try to happy at the moment or avoid the stress which is used the key factor listening music, praying and concentrating the others terms... and response me if you have time permit...

I listen to my meditation cds. They have birdsong and flowing water sounds. It is very soothing. It helps me mellow out after a rough day.

yes stress is the one that spreads allover the world and music is the key for me to relieve from the stress. so i will put the music at times to relieve from the stress.
