Does your kid have asthma?

I have a 2 year old son and he had asthma since his was one. I pains me to see him suffer when he has his attacks. It's like i'm completely helpless.

Yes two of my kids have asthma and they both was recently diagnosed though they havent really had bad attacks like some but they are trigger by certain things the school nurse says she thinks that so many kids are getting asthma do to the environment.

Asthma is like an allergy. It is triggered by certain allergens like dust, dogs hair, cats fur, or smoke.

As u know there are inhaled allergens and ingested allergens which trigger asthma.Identify the allergen and try to avoid it.Allergens could be dust mite in blankets,stuffed toys,animal dander,dust, smoke.Ingested allergens could be chocolates,nuts,eggs etc.Avoid junk food,anything which contains artificial colours,flavours.Vegetable soups,fresh fruits will help.Try homeopathy.
