Asthma is like an allergy. It is triggered by certain allergens like dust, dogs hair, cats fur, or smoke.

As u know there are inhaled allergens and ingested allergens which trigger asthma.Identify the allergen and try to avoid it.Allergens could be dust mite in blankets, stuffed toys, animal dander, dust, smoke.Ingested allergens could be chocolates, nuts, eggs etc.Avoid junk food, anything which contains artificial colours, flavours.Vegetable soups, fresh fruits will help.Try homeopathy.
