I think the people who will sell these to you are probably already behind bars .. or a Mafia money launderers either way using counterfeit money is illegal in all countries of the world and probably carries harsh penalties ...

they aren't proper forgeries, you can get them from ebay. They normally have movie stars or mickey mouse or something on them
