The reason why i would like information is because i was told by somone that i know that there might be a possibleility of getting some kind of money for o positive blood. Im not sure how true that is but i would like any information on the issue if possible.

There are places that will pay you to donate blood. It is also possible to get money for donating plasma. Look on the internet or in the yellow pages to find out. O is a good blood type to have, it is a universal donor, so it is in demand.
