Fixed and known pay per post or vague and unknown pay per post????

Which one do you think is better... Payposter has fixed payments per post and discussion and Mylot has everything vague.
Payposter also offer bonus when you get 20 replies on your discussion.. Mylot do not have anything.
What do you prefer fixed and known payment system or vague and unknown payment system?

I did not think about. I have to say that I have fun here on mylot and whatever the system pays, it is fine for me.
Your propose has one error. Some posts are so stupid, yet get over 100 responds just because they are so easy to answer.
