Is beckham worth 250????

Just in the press. Beckham is being offered the deal of 250 Million dollars to play on a soccer team. Is he worth it, and is the money being wasted????? Beckham is getting old, and isn't as skilled as he used to be. So whats your thought????

It's obvious that his career is on its downward slope if he accepted this job. The American soccer league is not anywhere near the caliber of Real Madrid, or any European team for that matter. No way is he worth the money, but I think they hope he'll bring fans to the stadium.
