Eggs - Good for Health

Eggs are a valuable component in a healthy diet. Eggs are an important source of protein, essential vitamins and minerals. The egg is a good source of B vitamins that perform many vital functions in the body. Eggs also provide good quantities of Vitamin A ( essential for normal growth and development ), Vitamin D ( for good bone health ) and Vitamin E. In minerals, eggs are an excellent source of iodine ( required to make the thyroid harmone ) and phosphorus ( required for bone health. I like eggs but eat 3-4 eggs only a week.
