If an employer requires a yearly physical does that employer have to pay for the physical?

Yes, company requiring yearly physical must provide you a way to fulfill that requirement - most companies I have dealt with either have a certain physician or network that you are required to use -- many now are setting up programs through the employee insurances. If you have this type of question the Human Resources dept. should be able to answer any additional questions, like, what doctor, what kind of physical, and provide you the forms for the doctor to fill out. etc. Best wishes :)

we have annual physical examination required by the company... as employees, we don't have to pay anything for the annual physical exam, it is already included in the medical benefits provided by the company...
