Confusion: Who do I listen to - my Id or my girlfriend?

I'm pretty much of a junkie . . . I'm high almost all the time. My girlfriend wants me to leave this stuff, while I have an unbearable inclination towards the feel-good factor. Professors at the University are starting to get suspicious and are considering sending me for a blood test to check on the amount of narcotics in my bloodstream. Psychedelic, right? I know . . . so she is obviously reasoning that I should cut my dope; my problem is, it's impossible for me to get off this stuff now . . . I'm like Morrison or Cobain or something, and I need help. I can't go to an organisation coz I can't let my parents know about my devotion. I need substantial suggestions on how to get off - the household way . . . please
