When I was 14 I weighted 177lbs. I weighted the most I had ever weighted. I took a time out of my life and starting dieting and exercising a lot. With a lot of support and hard work I lost 57 lbs. So share with me your weight loos stories of success, or if you need a little support to reach that goal I'm here.

I know how you feel about going up to a outstanding weight while preg. I just had my first child 2 months ago. and I went up to 215 lbs. I lost 24 lbs, and i'm trying to loose the unwanted skin. But i believe in myself to loose my 57 again and maybe a little more. I also believe you can loose the weight too. I know it's hard because your just way to busy with the kids. To support me I went and bought the book YOU CAN DO IT! The Merrit Badge Handbook For Grown-up Girls by Lauren Catuzzi Grandcolas. It's just a book I found that made me wanna really push myself not only to loose weight but also try to continuing my education.
