well im sure that your friend loves you very much and doesnt mean to hurt you by doing that. and she probaly isnt sucididal...she probally just has some problems and doesnt know any other way to deal with them besides hurting herself. it makes her feel alive and physical pain is probally better then emiontional pain for her. she just needs somebody to be there for her, no matter what. and just never give up on her, because she probally needs you right now, more then you know. and your probaly the best friend this girl has right now, and she needs you. so just be there for her and never give up on her. im sure that she probally is going to stop doing this to herself or at least try to because she doesnt want to hurt you or anybody she loves anymore. ps. i love you homie A and i know who your talking about.. and she says thanxs for everything, without you she doesnt know what she would do, or were she would be right now. you mean the world to her and always will

i think she is mentally disturbed and such people need some medical help...as a friend u can just have some time at some other places such that she forgets about her past..

If you spend your time trying to convince her not to do things, you miss whatever pleassure there is in having her as a friend. YOu haven't mentioned her REASONS for doing things to herself. If those problems cannot be solved, then she will see no reason to stop. You can help her more by finding out the things that bother her, and then getting help for those problems, if it is possible. I am sure she appreciates your caring about her.
