Trash or treasure

dumpster divin? rock on

Once found a fifty dollar antique vase for fifty cents at a yard sale. That's a pretty good deal. And my daughter has boxes full of old encycipidias and informative books like that. She took it to her history teacher- whom she claims knows everything in the world- and it turns out that they could be worth a lot of money.

I had a friend who left for Canada as immigrant. At the time of departure, she told me that she has cleared all the materials except one almirah containing books and she told me I can take care of it. To my surprise, there were wonderful classic books, modern books, fiction etc. Even today I am preserving it after my reading, my son is reading it now. It was really a treasure.

Nothing ever worth much, but I have found some good things.

I have found trash that was a treasure to me because it was something I could use.

I love thrift shops..garage sales..and even occasionally I have did the dumpster dive when I have seen something cool on the side of the road..

No i never did find some trasure but once i waas cleanin ma house i found tis bag vit loads of useless hard disk in it. I took nd it nd i sold it nd i got a good amount of money for that.
