How far self imposed lonliness at times help us ?

After some undrstanng failures with our dear ones many times i have shrinken into my self & felt to be deprived from rest of the world. And after biting the time i emmerged much relaxed & mentally strong than b4, is these kind of self imposed lonliness help us.

impact of self imposed lonliness on one is effected as per the physiological condition of that pearson. As in your u feel more relxaed and metally strong. So it obivious it has a positive and negative side. Its impact on a person if gives positive outcome then he should adopt lonliness as it gives him more positive impact. On negaitve I am sure it is better to avoid lonliness

I think it is a natural process, I have been going through this sort of thing a bit lately, always over the Christmas period as I have no family, but on a good day I do feel really good maybe just because I have been so low...

There have been many times in the past that I have found solitude to be the only way to overcome some issues, it gives you time to reflect on your life in general, allows you to plan and create coping strategies which should then give you the feeling of being stronger so that you can face the world in a much bolder way.
