He was good only in Portugal and despite having won two consecutive titles with Chelsea, he's still got a lot to prove. Without the big signings and the injuries to the players of other teams, he would not have won the titles. I am divided on this question. When he was at Porto, he did a tremendous job of guiding the team towards Champions League victory. When he came to Chelsea, he had everything at his disposal. Success has come easy to him at Chelsea because he had the funds to purchase the best players. For example, Michael Ballack and Shevchenko. Now that Chelsea are not going to win any silverware this season. It will be interesting to see how Mourinho will bounce back next season and prove his doubters including me wrong!

Far from it... I personally don't see how he or anyone else could think that he is. He plays to many childish mind games, focuses on being a prat and wasting transfer funds to only sell them a year later if they're lucky. For someone who's spent so much they should have won the champions league by now, he's the worst manager with money! No offence but those who say he isn't arrogant, probably don't understand what arrogant means. Liverpool a small club? like chelsea wasn't before the money? hardly anything in the trophy cabinet and close to being relegated.
