Is yahoomail $500 win real?

I saw a mail in my yahoo.com mail box that read that i've won $500 and i have to register with yahoo.com games club with $8.75 before i can be given the money direst to my e-gold account.Please,is this real?

Definitely a scam, just ignore mails that tells you that you've won cash, most of them are scam.

Its a SCAM. Never pay them. Notice the url in address bar, its different from www.yahoo.com. I get this mail about every day. They ask for only e-gold because you can't charge back in e-gold.
