Sending Over More Troops?

I hate George Bush more and more every day. What do y'all think about him and his idea that we need more troops in Iraq to kill and to die?

I have nothing but contempt for George W. Bush. He is responsible for so many unnecessary deaths. Not only of innocent American kids who joined the army because they couldn't get an education or travel any other way, but also the citizens of Iraq and Afghanistan whose only crime was to be living in the wrong place at the wrong time. The only reason he is sending in more troops is because he doesn't have the guts to admit that he was wrong to go to war in the first place and lied in order to get the public onside.

I hate this idea and my government (Australia) has jumped on the wagon as well. Our prime minister is willing to do what ever George Bush wants! At this point apparently no Australian troops are needed but if the time comes our government will happily jump to the occasion. Sometimes being allies is hard work

personaly I don't think any troops should be over there in the first place, sure i'll probably get some thumbs downs for this answer, but in my opinion, this could have been resolved by now, and bush couldnt care less who goes over there and doesnt end up coming home.. I think HE should go over there and fight, meanwhile he sits back and enjoys his show. I think he's a sick man! but thats just my opinion. I just don't think the war is necessary. Good luck on your answers. sorry if I've offended anyone.

Bush is out of control and nobody can stop him. He plainly states he is the decision maker which means he will do what Bush wants to do regardless of how everyone else feels. His entire presidency has been that way. I can't wait until he is out of office!

I think it is a bad idea to send more troops to Iraq. Bushs' plans just don't seem to be going anywhere good. I feel sorry for the next president cause they are going to have to fix all the screw ups Bush has made.

We don't need more troops in Iraq. What we need to do is help Iraq divide into 3 states under one federal government much the same way we do here... give them the same system we have.

I think its the only way to successfully end the war. It will set the Iraqis up to be able to take care of themselves and they will eventually run with the control and take care of their own problems.

I actually support the decision. While the war is not going as he had hoped it would, we need to do everything possible to get it under control. Sending over more troops temporarily to train the Iraqi's and to show more force I think, in the end, will fortify our positions and will lead to an ultimate victory. PS This is also biased because I personally want to be sent over.

Hate is a strong word, my friend. I prefer to to use the word dislike or disagree with his policy. We need to send more troop there, the soldier there are burn-out. if the Bush administration would had listen to the military leader, before the war, on troops strength, things in Iraq would be better. After World War II, we had millions of soldier, here in Germany. To guard the border, why not in Iraq.
