What is the best time to wake up to sustain good health and how many hours do u think will suffice for human body to maintain equilibrium?

if u young then you should sleep only 7 to 8 hours in day, not more. and should sleep early and to wakeup in the morning.

I was told by my doctor recently that I needed to get more sleep and between the hours of 12midnight at the latest to about 7am, I was told these hours are meant for people to sleep it is when the body slows down ready for that sleep and a routine of sleep must be set up...
