i have a very short plus bad temper, soons as something happens or has been said what i don't like i go mental, lol, ive tried to calm myself down and not get into that situation but i just can't help it!

You know that causes high blood pressure and can hurt your health. It also causes ulcers and other bad things. Best to learn to cool it so you wont have regrets later.

i am a calm person my job askes me to be. i work with people.and all thepersons wantme to solve their problem imediatly, they are selflysh, the don't care that others are waiting....they don't care about the rools i have to follow........
