As bad a season as the Pittsburgh Steelers had they still finished at .500!

This is amazing. I hope they win the Super Bowl next year. The only problem is that Ben Roelithsberger had that motorcycle injury which set him up for numerous concussions on the football field. He missed a few games because of it, and with him not able to play disrupted the Steelers confidence and play on the field. Making them struggle early in the regular season.

If you wipe out 2 humiliating losses to the Ravens, we could have easily won 12 games. Lots of 2nd half collapses, critical turnovers, key injuries and inconsistent play. Towards the end, I wanted them to just lose just so we'd at least get a better draft position, but looking back, at least we finished with some dignity and stuck it to Cinci. That and I haven't been able to wear my Santonio jersey with pride very often. Now I have the entire offseason thanks to a 67 catch and run to end the season.

We ended the season at 500--- thats great from where we started and what Big Ben went through-- Let's hope next year we make it to the playoffs again- We lost 2 key players from last year- Bettis & Randle El.. Here's looking at next year!!

Big Steelers fan here. It was just one of those years this season..what with Big Bens motorcycle accident, followed by his emergency appendectomy surgery as well as injuries to Ward, and Polamalu during the season. The core of the team that won the Super Bowl is still there and I think we'll be back bigger and better next year
