Hi ppl, I was just wondering, with so much advancement in technologym would we be able to catch terorist. Ossam bin cliams to have lot of money in dollars. Which he is using for terrorism. Cant we not have all banks report to the fedral government abt all pll who have money more than certian amount in their account to show proof of how they earned. their by we can get to know which is balck money and white money. their by we get to know lot of secrets behind that money. Is thier any other way in which we can catch them?
